The patent-pending scientific wellness program incorporated into every HaloRed session combines a variety of wellness practices into a single 20-minute experience. Most clients find HaloRed sessions to be extremely relaxing. You will feel slight comforting warmth from the LED red lights, but no extreme heat or steam. The Halogenerator disperses pharmaceutical grade salt particles in the air that are very fine and your breathing will feel as normal. Just relax, sit and listen to soft music, a guided meditation or bring your own headphones and playlist!
