Child Safety Policy
For safety and insurance reasons, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you during any service or tanning. We do not have the facilities to care for children and we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all skin care products. If you decide a product is not right for you, provided that more than half of the product in unused, we will gladly exchange it for another product within 14 days of original purchase. Credits or exchanges only. No cash or credit card refunds. No exchanges or returns on make-up.
In order to provide our clients with high-quality service, we require a 24-hour advanced notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. We reserve the right to charge 50% or more of total services scheduled if late cancellation or no show occurs. Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more will be considered a no-show. Extensive and multiple services may require a credit card deposit to secure appointments.
